Project scope

  • Air exchange calculations by rooms and scenarios (sleep/day/guests/kitchen).
  • Equipment selection and configuration: filtration, sound attenuation, heat recovery — as required.
  • Duct routing considering heights, beams, niches, concealed areas and service access.
  • Pressure loss calculations and unit selection without “oversizing”, but with a proper reserve.
  • Acoustics: speeds, noise sources, vibration isolation, transitions, grilles/diffusers.
  • Details and specification: so installation follows documents, not the installer’s memory.
  • Grille/diffuser layout with dimensions and finishing recommendations.
  • Control logic and base modes, so commissioning is not “searching for the system”.

  • If available: sections, shaft and plant-room plans, and automation preferences.

  • Specification of materials/equipment and a list of critical items.
  • Commissioning and mode-setting recommendations.
  • Explanatory notes suitable for the owner, designer and construction team.
