About

We provide engineering inspection of ventilation, air conditioning and indoor microclimate in Moscow — from on-site measurements to a clear report and practical modernization recommendations. We work discreetly, under NDA if needed, and keep communication short and to the point.

What we do

  • Instrumental measurements: airflow, pressure, temperature, humidity, CO₂, noise.
  • Balancing check by branches/rooms and root-cause analysis of underperformance.
  • Diagnostics of leaks, clogs, wrong settings, bottlenecks and risks.
  • Assessment versus facility targets and applicable standards.
  • Modernization plan: priorities and rationale.
  • When required — design/installation and commissioning to target parameters.

How we work

1

BriefGoal, system types, access and constraints. NDA and reporting format are agreed upfront.

2

Site visitMeasurements and optional photo documentation of key nodes (as agreed).

3

AnalysisBalance, resistance, leakage, noise sources, control logic and tuning.

4

ReportNumbers, findings and a step-by-step action plan with priorities.

What you get

  • Clear picture of actual operating modes and the reasons behind issues.
  • Risk list: comfort problems, poor air exchange, noise and energy waste.
  • Prioritized fixes: what is critical now and what can be postponed.
  • Recommendations for modernization and control automation tuning.
  • Rough workload/budget guidance if needed.
  • We do not print the phone number on the page — only via the contact button.

Milestones

2010

Engineering roots

We started as a team of HVAC engineers and designers (BMSTU “Bauman” alumni). The foundation: calculations, airflow physics and a culture of precise measurements.

2011

First audits & commissioning

Moscow facilities: airflow balancing, fixing zone underperformance and reducing noise. We formalized an approach based on numbers and conclusions — not “by feel”.

2013

Instrumentation and methods

We expanded our measurement toolkit: airflow/pressure, CO₂, humidity and noise. Reports became actionable for facility teams and contractors — with priorities and risks.

2015

Microclimate as a system

We moved beyond airflow to true indoor microclimate: temperature, humidity, CO₂, particles, and facility targets (comfort/technology). The focus is the outcome for people and processes.

2017

Automation & stable modes

Control logic tuning: sensors, setpoints, scenarios and eliminating oscillations. We make operating modes predictable and energy use rational.

2019

Premium facilities

Penthouses, private residences, boutiques and hotels. Requirements shifted to “silent, clean, minimal presence” — while keeping measurement accuracy uncompromised.

2021

NDA-first workflows

We built confidentiality into the process: only-to-the-point communication, agreed channels for sensitive data, reports tailored to owners and facility teams. We do not print the phone number on the site.

2023

Premium segment & complex cases

Complex systems and high service standards: precise measurements, a clear report and bringing systems to target modes. On request — international visits and RU/EN reporting.
