Services

CVEG “Services” are engineering you can verify: calculations, measurements, clear decisions and careful execution. We design and inspect so that the end result on site is quiet, stable in temperatures and fresh without drafts. By engineering systems we mean the full loop: ventilation, heating, DHW/CWS, sewerage and automation — and we tune them as one system, not “each on its own”.

Scope

  • Ventilation design — from airflow calculations to grille placement and details.
  • Engineering systems design — heating, water supply, sewerage and automation in one logic.
  • Ventilation inspection — measurements and root-cause analysis of low airflow, noise, odors and discomfort.
  • Engineering systems inspection — check of actual operating modes and bottlenecks across all subsystems.
  • Water supply inspection — pressure, temperatures, circulation, pumps, valves, leak risks.
  • Sewerage inspection — slopes, stack venting, odors, check valves, recurring clogs.

What we consider a “premium result”

Quiet operation

Air speeds, sound attenuation, vibration isolation and correct details — so the system never gets in the way of living.

Air quality

Modes for real scenarios, task-based filtration, correct supply/exhaust without “dead zones”.

Interior integration

Ceiling heights, niches, access and service — engineering never fights the architecture.

How the process is built

1

BriefWe agree on goals and criteria: quietness, odors, CO₂, temperature stability, visual “cleanliness” of the interior.

2

Input dataLayouts, ceilings, wet zones, capacities, usage scenarios. If something is missing — we provide an exact checklist.

3

Engineering decisionsCalculations and schemes that can actually be installed and serviced: access panels, inspections, details, specifications.

4

DeliverySupport to the result: answers for construction, adjustments, recommendations on settings and operating modes.

What you get

  • A clear structure of work: what to do now and what can be postponed without risk.
  • Documents that allow installation without “improvisation” on site.
  • Recommendations that save time on rework and protect the interior.
  • For inspections — a report with numbers and conclusions: what is wrong and why.
  • A prioritized action list: “do this first”, “then this” and the expected effect.
  • Communication short and to the point (NDA and confidentiality are normal).
