Where we go

We don’t work “only in one neighborhood”. We travel across all of Russia — for projects where engineering precision and a premium execution level matter. We have also traveled to Israel and Spain by client invitation: when our approach is needed and the team is trusted.

How we organize work on-site

  • Remote stage: brief, input data, work plan and schedule.
  • On site: inspection and measurements for the task, recording details (as agreed).
  • After: report/design and a clear action list for your team/contractor.
  • If implementation control is needed — we agree on a follow-up visit or online stage control.
  • Communication through one responsible person, to avoid endless chats and calls.
  • NDA and confidentiality are standard, especially for premium clients.

What matters for planning

  • Project/renovation stage: rough, engineering stage, finishing, commissioning.
  • Access to technical zones, shafts, ceilings and key details.
  • Who makes decisions on-site: owner/designer/foreman/facility.
  • Key criteria: quietness, odors, CO₂, temperature stability.
  • Whether documentation exists and what should be prepared (plans, schemes, photos).
  • Time restrictions and access rules for the property.

What we most often solve on trips

  • Ventilation/climate inspections when facts must be confirmed by measurements.
  • Engineering audit before handover or purchase of a property.
  • On-site coordination of engineering with the interior before ceilings are closed.
  • Control of key details to avoid expensive rework.
  • Mode and automation tuning after installation.
  • Expert conclusions for contractors (what to fix and why).

How we optimize a trip

  • We collect maximum information in advance: plans, photos, videos of technical zones.
  • We build a measurement route and an access checklist — to avoid wasting time.
  • We lock the result format: report, fix list, drawings, recommendations.
  • We work as a “package”: we combine tasks into one trip if reasonable.
  • We coordinate access with the foreman/security in advance.
  • If part of the task can be solved remotely — we do it, without unnecessary costs.

A trip to your city is realistic
