In-house engineering crews

In-house engineering crews are about responsibility and quality. When a project is complex and premium, you can’t “split it between contractors” and hope it will converge. We have an engineering team that works neatly inside interiors and brings systems to proper operating regimes.

Why it matters

One result

Design, installation and tuning don’t conflict: we are responsible for the final system performance.

Installation culture

Neatness, protection of finishes, clean details, proper supports and service access.

Detail control

We check critical areas before ceilings/soffits are closed — so you don’t open them later.

How we work on-site

1

Detail approvalBefore work starts we lock locations, heights and rules: what can/cannot be changed on site.

2

Staged installationRough engineering → check → closing → finish elements and start-up.

3

TuningWe bring operating modes to target so the client gets comfort, not a system “in theory”.

4

HandoverWe explain operation logic and provide service recommendations.

What you get as a designer

  • Predictability on-site: fewer conflicts and “fires” in engineering.
  • Single communication channel: no “it’s not us, it’s others”.
  • Careful attitude to the interior and details.
  • Systems that actually work and don’t generate client complaints.
  • Clear understanding of stages and timelines to manage the renovation schedule.
  • Confidentiality and a correct communication style with premium clients.

What we control so you don’t redo it later

  • Critical details before ceilings are closed: drainage, cleanouts, transitions, sound insulation.
  • Support and isolation quality to avoid vibration and rattling.
  • Grille/hatch placement aligned to interior logic and correct sizing.
  • Service access and the ability to maintain without dismantling finishes.
  • Basic mode checks after start-up and setpoint adjustments.
  • Fixing agreements so there is no “I thought it was different” on site.
